Instructions:

1. Enable 'Unknown Sources' in Settings => Security to ensure installing the downloaded files.
2. Download the Search app from the links and install it.
3. Download the Google Experience Launcher App from the links and install it.
3. Done. Now tap you Home Button and select the Launcher with blue icon (subtitled Google Search). You should understand it from the Screenshots. You will be welcomed with the new launcher screen.
